The first International Community

Most hotel's that are opened are International, Your not the first International Community far from being first.

See, this part concerns me:

In addition you can buy the rank of the Moderator at a bargain price for how many months you want!

It means anyone with enough money (Probably not that much though) can buy "power". Habbo Retros aren't about having the most power, they're about community and having fun and the moderators should be there to help not to hinder the experience of others. I'm sure some moderators that bought their rank will do well, but in the real world would you pay someone to work for them? No.

Selling staff ranks shows two things:
1. You likely need the money to keep the hotel going (Aka unstable/volatile) or you want the money and are running a community game based on profit. Which is fine, profit is nice, but don't pursue income/donation paths that will possibly be detrimental to your hotel.
2. You are not interested in running a serious, organized staff team. You cannot have a mature staff team that will benefit your hotel if you let anyone in for a price. It's asking for trouble, even if these moderators don't have a Staff Catalog, or even moderation powers. They have the title, the status and the authority above others which can cause some issues in the future.

I'm just against the whole selling any staff rank. Sell VIP by all means, or some other fancy rank, assuming it isn't an official staff role. If you need the money, you shouldn't be running a hotel. I suggest starting one if you could leave it running indefinitely without ever receiving a donation because you cannot rely solely on other players.


A lot of the above is based upon assumptions (Money towards your host, etc) but please if you're running a hotel don't sell a staff rank.

Seems like an alright hotel, should have sold yourself a bit more in the advertisement, other then that, nice. Good luck.

Looks nice, this isn't the first international hotel though. I don't like the idea of selling staff ranks but that's your choice.
