[ISO] Personal Site Front-end

I need a nice front-end for my site, it's just a personal site. Prefer it to be in Pug and Sass but if you don't know how (which would be shocking) I'll take plain HTML and CSS.

I also prefer it not to be Bootstrap, if you are going to use a framework please use

If I had more details to how I wanted it, or examples, I'd just make it myself lol
