Is it REALLY 10 years though?

i just thought i'd make this discussion thread about something i'd been seeing alot over these past few years, it's basically people saying "10 years" or "7 years" in their retro titles and findretros posts, but they haven't actually been OPEN 10 years they've closed about 5 times so it's technically not 10, 7, 5 years??? does anybody else have a different opinion because this shit winds me up LMAO

Hablush was pretty old. 3 years, it’s a shame it closed.

My only hotel i was on, and still passing by sometimes is still open since the 11th June of 2011. :)

Rabbo Hotel is probably the longest. Made by a guy named Jordy in 2006 and opened in 2007. It’s still running today.

Nothing out the ordinary, most people exaggerate how long the hotel was up to seem more prestigious but in the current retro climate, i doubt it'd make any difference traffic wise.
