No, I never dealt with mono but managed to get this running in the past. I believe this is also the version I changed the library settings so it works w/o issues

it works for Mac and Linux too. skip the Navicat part, don't need it and install the correct version of Xampp and it works fine.

Yes, running a Windows executable program on an operating system that natively doesn't support it would work perfectly. I just tried following the tutorial over bash on my Cent Dedicated server and it didn't work

As i said earlier, but it doesn't support mono due to Plus using libraries that are not mono-compatible hence why I linked a custom Plus source developed to support Mono

depends sometimes it works but not all the time. on the plus side if you wanna just do it for room building why not join a retro and just build rooms there.
