Let's say that asteroid hit somewhere in the heart of Russia (Siberia) - Would people all the way in Albaquque, for example, hear the crash? I think the shock will send out tidal waves so high up that the world will be flooded out, but what's your infer?

Yeh shockwaves will be heard from miles and miles away, it also depends on the size of the astroid
