(IIS Habbo retro) Alot of stuff won't download

Hello i'm currently trying to help my friend with making a habbo retro, and i'm using a Windows 2016 server.
I get alot of errors with MySQL, Navicat connections and so on.
I have used

this tutorial regarding the IIS setup. Somehow, i manage to get ALOT of errors installing PHP Manager, MySQL Windows 5.5 (mysql windows 5.5 configuration template file cannot be found) and so on.
I have error connecting to Navicat, saying "client dosn't support authenticate" or something..
If anyone wants to help me out, me and my friend will be so gladly..

Maybe follow A tutorial that's updated and can help with the errors you've specified.
