IIS 7.5 Detailed Error - 404.0 - Not Found (IIS)

It sends me to /index, and i have that in the map.

Even i use web.config so whats wrong?

Make sure in the IIS Server Manager to have your site setup under sites. If you don't have that done please reply so I can assist you.

You sure that you have URL Rewrite?

I use URL Rewrite and Helicon APE. If you have an .htaccess file you it will convert that so IIS can use it.
