From googling in these symptoms:

- Fiddling constantly
- Twitching body parts
- Random shivers, at least once a day
- Can't keep the lower part of my body still for a long period of time.
and a few more.

I've discovered that I may have Transient Tic Disorder or Mild Epilepsy.
I've had most of these strange symptoms since I was about 6-7, I am now 15.

A new thing that's been happening is that, when a page is taking long to load:
I start blinking like a spastic child, seriously.

This really frightens, does anyone else have any of these symptoms?

NEVER diagnos youself from the internet, if i done this i should of been dead like 10 year ago....Anyways ive answered your quwestions below

- Fiddling constantly
This is called being bored and cant think of anything to do, or inpatient
- Twitching body parts
Everyone has a slight twitch now and then, sometimes my eye twitches, sometimes other parts could..it happens when the muscle relaxes etc
- Random shivers, at least once a day
Called Being cold, a breeze could of entered the room making you shiver
- Can't keep the lower part of my body still for a long period of time.
Again being inpatient, means you cant wait for it to load so you start tapping, also i do this sometimes, i shake my leg if im sitting at a desk it makes me relax..

A new thing that's been happening is that, when a page is taking long to load:
I start blinking like a spastic child, seriously.

Itas just because your waiting for the page to load so you are just playing games with yourself til the page loads, its nothing,.,,However, it could be your a spaz.

I have full blown epilepsy and none of this happens to me. Epilepsy is highly overrated and you most likely have drank 1 to many coffees or have adhd.

Maybe you're over-exaggerating?

But if you think you have the symptoms, I'd tell your GP/Doctor, and get it seen too.

From googling in these symptoms:

- Fiddling constantly
- Twitching body parts
This happened to me after too much browsing on the net... my left feet suddenly twitched.
- Random shivers, at least once a day
Being cold suddenly, that is normal.
- Can't keep the lower part of my body still for a long period of time.
You're bored that's why you move it, why me I could keep my feet stucked up together without moving them while typing this? :)
and a few more.

I've discovered that I may have Transient Tic Disorder or Mild Epilepsy.

Like Donkey said, you could have been bored for the page is taking too long to load.
This really frightens, does anyone else have any of these symptoms?

The thing that most worries me is the shivers.
It isn't a "normal shiver" I know what a normal shiver is, and that isn't is.
I went to Africa last year it was like 39 degrees0 I was shivering, it's as if there is someone passing through you or something.
