since youre trying to have friends play youre going to need hamachi for them to access your hotel if you dont have a vps (virtual private server). here is a easy to understand and follow r63b retro setup tutorial with hamachi. it is slightly outdated from 2015 but it includes everything you need, the swfs, cms, emu etc and the download links still work
