HTTP Error 500

I have fully configured IllumnilaCMS and whenever I go to localhost my browser gives me an HTTP Error 500? I have tried enabling Directory Browsing and that did nothing.
Please help

open up iis then on the left navigate to default website and click it

if u have url rewrite installed scroll down until u see it

click import rule and it will open up your computer drive

navigate and look for .htaccess in your wwwroot then import and save

I am using Windows server 2008 R2 and All there is in url rewrite is Add rules

Yeah am gonna rebuild my OS and do it from scratch I will install team viewer as well
