How to Fix a r63 Client?

Well, The owner of a r63 switched over to the Phoenix EMU since he had purchased it.
However, when users load the client it disconnects.

Its not my Hotel but when the Client was disconnecting he was using Phoenix EMU.
When he switched back to his other EMU the client started working again.
