i would suggest using them both,even tho rev is much secure but uber can be great to use and it could be much secured if you remove all the exploits,but don't worry about the exploits,as much as i know Jonty has made UberCMS 2.0 as Secure as it can get.

Phoenix is an independant emulator, currently it's only r63 not r63b.
There are plenty of r63b emus such as: HabboLatino ~ ButterFly ~ ButterStorm...
