How do I start the emulator (getting errors)

So Im getting these errors, also when I run the Emulator it says I need mysql.data 5.2.50 or something which i have mysql... If someone can help me to run the server That'd be really helpful, if you can code You can have half-owner.. but im mainly looking for help...
Please explain how I can fix this or if you can teamview me to help that would be even better.

Dude It does not take a genious to do this Go INTO YOur DCR Pack Look For External Variables Where it says 92.232.204.249 Replace all of those IPS With your Hotel Link After that go into your Housekeeping and add these
