How do I host my own swfs?

Hi, I'm fairly new to the Habbo Retro Scene, and I've successfully created my own r63 hotel with prehosted SWF's
But now I want to host my own SWF's and I've done everything, Downloaded an SWF pack (Pepper's R63 Pack) and I've placed it into my htdocs, put the links up on my RevCMS but when try to go into my client, everything works but the avatar stays white and the furni do not load! Can you teach my how to fix this up?
Also, I've put my IP onto the variables text file.

Your c_images are probably not correct or up-to-date?

Have you edited your vars correctly?

Don't you just have to change the IP on your vars? and how do I fix the c_images problem? o;
