No one is off topic - we're discussing the necessary hotel and the need of a hotel owner.

Also, I am not bothered if this opens, as it will not affect us. But I just do not see the point...

Yeah it is kind of dumb to take a name someone intends to use if it's only going to become a test hotel for you. I get your intentions but it's still kind of pointless. You're going to have people know it's yours and a test hotel from Habwire considering you made this thread and word spreads fast and easily like AIDs.
