Because of your XAMMP or Webhost / If you're using XAMMP download 1.7.3TheYou must be registered for see linksNon-Uber says it has an error in classes.php?
how can i fix that because i tried moving the config to install then copying the cms into htdocs but still.
any help?
If you're using a Webhost try speaking to the Owners of the Webhost about your Problem .
If that doesn't help then it's the Localhost/XAMMP isn't compatible with your ISP/Router/IP .
Or someone has tamperred with your Config or Install file .
