Hello,
I have had this error for a long time, but I never knew how to actually get rid of it. I'm sure this thread has been asked before, because this is probably a common problem, but anyways I'm getting an error saying "Error 403: Access Forbidden!" whenever I log in to my RP, (this is on the /security_check.php file). Usually, there's suppose to be a VotingAPI there instead of this error, or a simple redirect. Mine doesn't have any of that. (I'm using XAMPP btw).

If anyone can help me, it would be great. I would like to replace this error with a page that looks simply like this:
