[Help]RevCMS issue: MySQL could not connect to host[Help]

Hey.

I've got this issue:

MySQL Engine - RevCMS: MySQL could not connect to host

Now, My config file is correct, I've got a working database, I have set up IIS 7.5 correctly, everything i have done is correct, i know all of this, it takes me 2min to set a hotel up, but for some reason i've got this silly issue.

Don't bother asking to check any config files, its all correct.. I've got the correct MySQL installed..

Anyway, This error is just really ODD for me, please suggest any ways to fix this issue thanks guys.

For people who want to have this fixed:
Don't forget to install MySQL Connector to. That was most likely the problem.
