[Help] R63B Hotel

so basically, i was wondering if someone can set me up a R63B retro because I had one and it keeps breaking on me when I edit things and also when I add stuff to my navigator aswell!

I need new swfs, emulator, database and all that stuff! (I also have teamviewer)

don't leave hate on here about me being a noob and not knowing how to make a R63B retro.. i'm learning!
