[HELP QUICK!] Illumina CMS Error

So we were having troubles with the client and we double checked over all of our work (IP matching, Port matching, all of that ... Come to find out our external override text flashes are blank? Is this normal? We just got a new CMS, DB, and we are using Illumina CMS with Pheonix EMU Anything that could help would be wonderful!

The external override texts does not matter if its blank or not because its not directly point in your light cms page. Does your client load?

I fixed it! It was a / at the end of a link -_- wow
