Help please? IIS and .NET

hey. I need some help guys I am having a internal 500 error after putting everything in wwwroot here is a screenshot anyone have any ideas??

also when I try to install .NET framework it gets blocked?

Install URL Rewrite 2.0 for the internal error and then import your web.config into it.

I have installed url rewrite and I don't have a web config the cms I had came with a HTACESS instead?

Rename the htaccess to web.config and restart IIS.

EDIT:
Google "RevCMS web.config" and copy whatever you find there and edit the web.config file with Notepad or something, then it should most likely work.

What is the error when you go to it on your VPS?

What CMS is this? It's weird that you're being given an error 500. Either an issue with the CMS code or something isn't setup correctly elsewhere.

You'd get an error 404 with no web.config & document root set.

Is PHP installed? (Couldn't see the header when I went to your site).

Same thing happend to me, PHP is not installed correctly (I believe) re-install it.

even if your cms came with web.config you still want to reimport the rules (.htaccess)
