Help needed while setting up CMS [IIS]

Dear,

I am for the first time trying to build a retro hotel with IIS on a VPS.

But if i upload my cms and swfs i cant register or anything, my Google Chrome says:
The page on *** isn't working
*** cant handle the request now.

I am trying all of the tutorials but nothing helps me out..

I have RevCMS and Plus Emu, Emulator works.

Anyone knows how to help me out?

Where are you downloading files from? Check IIS has the permissions to access the wwwroot folder.
Also as said above, show your config.php and web.config

We cant work out anything without important information. Please provide screenshots of the error, config.php and web.config. Are you sure you have set IIS up correctly as you have stated above this is your first time. Also press f12 on the page you are having issues.
