Help Me Make An [r63 Hotel]?

Okay, So here's the details...​

I need:

• A GOOD CMS
• A Stable and useful EMU
• The Best .swfs (Hopefully)
• A team of four people to help me make this. (One of which is me, and the other being a coder)
• A Hotel Name ---

Here's things I already have:

1. XAMPP
2. TeamViewer
3. Filezilla (If needed)
4. rCMS (If we can't find a good CMS)

To whoever helps me gets 1 of the 2 things I present below. (You may choose)
A.) Admin On The Hotel
B.) Permanent Hotel Developer

Any help will be extremely appreciated, I look forward to setting up a hotel.

Wow.. Thanks for doing the obvious, I know how to do all of it. I just need an established team, and somebody to help me put together everything for better results and faster.
