Check that all of your swfs are linked properly in the config and client.php

It's possibly your externals! Along with what @percocet said, check if they're properly linked there too.

I have checked the links and they are as they should be what I can see.

you most likely cant see your avatar either im guessing? 90% of the time its your external_override_variables. make sure you edited them if u havent

All above could be wrong. Does the furniture work when you buy and place it? If yes, then you need the icons added in swfs/dcr/hof_furni/icons/

It's because the new revision needs .png images but your furniture got the catalogue icons embedded into them, if you got that SoThink or what it's called open it up and export the small image of the furniture name it throne_icon.png and put it in the image folder in your dcr folder

EDIT: Does this apply to all furniture? Then it's most likely misconfigured externals.
