So I am decided to go buy vps.. and it gave some options and I dont know which is the best?

You must be registered for see images attach

Something like that + there is still:

• fedora
• openSUSE linux
• ubuntu
• scientific linux

So which one should I pick? Help mee

if you're setting up a retro, don't get a Linux server unless you have a working Java emulator. Windows EXE files do not work on Linux (natively), and Wine/mono emulation for emulators does not work for Linux. So get a Windows Server, preferably 2008 or 2012.
