HTTP proxies don't have ports..? Depending on your HTTP proxy, some don't offer support for l7 using CF.
Product name HTTP Proxy
Order notes
Proxy IP: my proxy ip

Proxy Port: 80

but anyway is it just my cloudfare vps ip i replace with my http proxy or is it my namecheap domain dns aswell?

All you need to do is point the HTTP proxy to your server IP and put the HTTP proxy on your cloudflare instead of the server IP. Might I tell you that cloudflare has it's own built in HTTP proxy, but you do you :)

As @JynX said, cloudflare has it's own built in HTTP proxy. Whats the point of using cloudflare when you have a HTTP proxy? And whats the point of having a HTTP proxy when you have cloudflare?
