GTA SA [HELP] How to join a server with an IP

I just got SAMP and don't know how to play or do anything. How do you connect to a server if you have the IP? the list of servers on the EXE is all russian and stuff

Click the check mark near the top of SAMP mutli, and place server IP in there.
