[HELP] How do you add Custom Clothing to a RP Server? [HELP]

Hey guys I recently opened a new RP server and I was wandering how do you add custom clothing to a server I already have some made but i just need assistance on how to add them to the server and have them fully functioning it would be great if someone would be able to post a NOOB FRIENDly TUT on how to do so.
