[Help] How do i edit my landing view?

Im sorry if this has been released before, however when i've looked, none of them seem to be able to help me, i want to know how to change the landing view so i can add different news articles.

server_landing table in db:

I read that the server_landing is where you edit it, but no of the current news on the landing page are in the table?

God, this goes way back - I think you need to add a new entry into server_landing - and it should work
