Help connecting me to my VPS via RDC?

Hello,i bought a vps this morning and wondering how i get on it via rdc.I know how to do it,it just isnt working.It is setup.One of the staff told me i needed a certain software and it would work.Do you know what software that may be?Thanks

Well, I factory reset my whole computer and was able to connect to a VPS so that's a lie to me.

Good because Team Viewer is highly unsafe, especially for people you don't know - let alone people you don't know on the internet.

well i know how to access vps via rdc ,its just not working and the guy said you needed some sort of software

Is it a linux or a windows VPS? If it is linux, you can't connect via RDC.

Hmm It depends on what kind of Operation System You Bought if its Windows Your In Good Hand and can RDC. If its Linux then You Cant.

If it's Windows you RDC by opening mstsc.exe (C:\Windows\System32\mstsc.exe)

If it's Linux, you VNC (RealVNC.com)

Just open RDC and connect to your servers IP... if your using windowwwss.

you need to enable it in the vps system log on to your VNC and find itel system and scroll down where it say desktop connection disabled click on the disabled button to enable it select ok then try connecting through RDP
