There is some great software that can help you develope websites like this super easily, and they charge a low price if you wanted to remove the ending ".whatever.com" and turn it into ".com"

iClan Websites aren't bad for what you are looking for, but I've heard a lot of good things about Enjin.

You could probably do this yourself, Go online and find a clan website template and just edit the HTML to how you want it.
