[HELP] Changing my RevCMS' Skin!

Can someone please help me how to change my revcms skin to this: https://*****.com/public/uploads/rev_index/images/habboWickd.png , I'd really appreciate it... This is what's inside the file:

but I am so confused... How do I even start with change the Skin, I have read many tutorials but every tutorial I have read has something to do with "Client.php" but I do not see it in here! Please, if someone knows what I am missing please do tell me at the comments.

That's an index/register page. You just replace the files that the release comes with and it'll work. Changing the skin is different to adding a few pages.
