Added a new, cleaner navigation menu and info box.

UPDATE 2
Working on a brand new Room Shop system. It's currently in testing stages and should be finished within a few days.

Our VPS seemed to be experiencing some slowdowns in the network yesterday. It seems to be resolved now.
