HabboCMS Base?

Does anyone know where to get a habbo cms base because i want to create a habbo cms but want to know the basic files or maybe files you would be a bonus on a hotel, i know it sounds stupid but it will really help me out as i am good at ' Starting ' off

Just typical, wanting to make something but you cannot start it off without others doing it for you.
