Habbo retro showing nothing

when i go to localhost, my external ip or my domain it shows noting. when i type somthing behind the url it doesnt do anything:

Sorry, but what do you think two pictures of a white browserscreen will tell us? I'm much more interested in the technical information, such as what are you running? XAMPP? IIS? RevCMS? Are you using your PC or an external server hosted somewhere else? Judging by your browser top-thing, I'm guessing PC.
