Habbo fansite layout

Firstly I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong section.

I'm planning on creating a fansite for a revived retro and I'm after a coded layout to use for the first version. Can anyone point me in the right direction on who I can contact to design and develop this for me? Will pay obviously.

Or if anyone has any designs they've done that they want to sell, please reply here.
