How do I make publics rooms and have the background a furniture?

Update figured out how to get the background but don't seem to be able to figure out the cords

You just play around with the coords til it lines up, theres not really a simple solution unless ur mapping with gearth I think

Z index I typically start from 9899 and adjust from there, it'll be different depending on the floorplan.
