Yes, this game was posted on 'phoenix forums', I just stole the whole thread.

Staff Members are now allowed to play.
You can post as much as you want, just don't double post.

Rules & How it works:

• You have to post with at least 1 action to the staff list, no more than 3 per post.
• You can't demote people who aren't on the list, people who aren't on the list can't play it's a staff game.
• You can only post after 3 posts form other users have been made.
• You can demote, hire or promote users.
• The highest rank being owner and the lowest moderator.
• If you demote a moderator they are fired, if you promote an admin they go to owner.
• There can be only one owner if an admin gets promoted to owner the current one is demoted.
• Owners can not be demoted, an admin must be promoted.
• You cannot do anything to yourself.
• You can only do one action per user, ie "Promote Fluffeh, Promote Fluffeh" is not allowed, however "Promote Fluffeh, Demote Jexius" is.
• You do not need to provide a reason.
• Friends helping is of course allowed.
• You can lock a staff member buy putting [L] *Name*
• You can unlock a member by putting [UL] *Name* but you can't be the one to promote/demote them unless someone else has posted after unlocking.
• If you need any help PM myself.
• Of course, don't feel offended, this is all in good fun.
• If someone is fired then demoted again they are now banned.
• When someone is banned they are automatically locked.
• To unban someone they must be unlocked first.
• Edited posts will NOT count, first post I see is the only one which will take effect.
• To replace a owner both the new and old owner should have no locks.

e.g. Promote Alam or Demote Olympian

How do we get them to "Banned staff" then? say "Ban <user>"?

You can't ban non-staff, only staff.
You must demote, demote, demote until they reach registered users, then you say Ban <user>.

New Rule: You may unban a user if three people or more say 'PLEASE UNBAN *NAME*'
