i usually have shit fucking fps on league so i thought? if i go in safemode with networking surely it will be a lot higher
during champ select everything was crisp clean and just sick yes it was going good

as soon as i got in the game my fps is fucking capped at 3. why.
anybody.
please.
im desperate.

Safe mode would do the opposite of what you want and isn't recommended for normal computer use

I get 60+ FPS running on this garbage laptop, so you must be doing something wrong.

Somethings wrong with your refresh rate it seems, I've been having the same issue with FPS lately. I'm well over due to an upgrade now anyways.
