Fatal Error when i goto localhost/

Hey guys im experiencing this issue with all the cms i use and i dont have any idea how to fix it any suggestions??

You should use mysql_connect instead of mysql_pconnect. Its in your config file which one you're using.

at first pconnect but after i change still same error

Since seem you're using PHP 7 (I think), mysql_connect() has been removed. change to mysqli_connect().
So change all

$this->mysql

to

$this->mysqli

 
All of text "Mysql" change to "MySqli", if this not work then give me all the code in pastebin.

Or simply just downgrade and use PHP 5.6 instead.

Do as Sentinel suggested since you're new to this, and php isn't easy without any experience. Downgrade to 5.X, recommend 5.6 and you shouldn't be receiving any errors.

If you are using a PHP version higher than 5.3 you wont be able to use any mysql_* syntax since it was deprecated in 5.3 and removed in 5.4

According to documentation mysql_* prefix was removed in PHP version 5.4 besides it's just bad to learn something (or use it for that matter) that is no longer supported.

We should not encourage people to use and learn outdated stuff when it comes to programming. There is a reason they remove stuff, security issues is one of them.

Yet people still want to use deprecated RevCMS amongst other rookie software and tools as Apache/IIS and CloudFlare
