Error 1130

Hello, I'm trying to connect to my MySQL... create a database and I'm getting this error when I press test connection:

You must be registered for see links

At first I thought it was the ports? But they all seem to be fine.
Any help is appreciated.

Shouldn't the host be 127.0.0.1 or localhost?
