EMU connections

Hey, my emu keeps doing this, denying connections and also speeding through/saying there's 217 online.
It was working about 20 minutes ago and suddenly started doing this but after about 5 minutes it goes back to the normal user count and stops spamming the messages.
Don't know the fix to this or what's happening.

 
Somebody is also claiming of to 'exploited the emu' but I doubt this is the case.

Seems like someone is TCP flooding the emulator port aka 30000, like Velaski mentioned, check my post (

) and try increasing the amount of connections per IP address.
