Dragon Throne Test

Hello,
I am not gonna lie this is very very bad, It just looks like a dragon head dumped on with different colours on the bottom.
I am new to making customs and am currently doing a shading test and made this.
Did not end up well but might as well share it with you anyway just so I could get feedback and suggestions on what to do next.
I was using paint.net for this, but i'm gonna move on to photoshop because it's much more advanced and better for shades etc...

The SWFs and SQLs are included in the file
