Instead of telling him its a bad design (like other people have stated) why not give him constructive criticism?
Tell him how he can improve this. Instead of posting what people have previously posted

make ure footer littler because u got like a large footer box for the rest 10/10

I like it but it can be improved like the hyperlinks being a different font or something so far I would actually say 7/10
as it just looks like it's been created in word.
