Credits reset after reload?

Hi there,
if I edit someones credits in the database, through the command in the client or through housekeeping on my CMS, nothing happens.

If I do the command in game, you do get the credits, but as soon as you reload the hotel it resets exactly to the amount you had previously.
any ideas on what would be causing this and how to fix?

Could have to do with the emulator not updating it as it should
