Client Online Counter Imager

hey guys, i was wondering if anyone could help me.. i don't know what's happened with my little client online counter imager it suppose to have the head of the user that's just registered but it appears to be a broken image..?​

it worked perfectly fine before idk what's happened..

on the F12 Console it pulls up these errors, but nowhere in my skin folder i have the avatar-retro imager on there?

any help would be appreciated ​

try checking online.php in your skin folder, thats where your count is being grabbed from
