used an old version on 4gig stick, didnt work, when i restart my comp it just stays on the dell logo startup page,
doing latest vanilla now, hope it works tbh.

You have to go into your boot setup and boot from the USB.

I got the same thing too, and I tried reverting back to a previous version but, nothing seems to work. could be your computer.
