Catagori in Publish Navigator

In the Navigator there is "-Publish Room" How do i add another categori like "-Picked by Staff" or other.
There are this options:
room_id caption description image_url order_num enabled

Thanks but thats no helped me, its just another people having trouble with it and no really solution.
I allready added the new categori, the problem is, its show the same room as -publish room. Its like there missing a categoru id
