Black screen for new users error [PLUS R2]

I set up a hotel with all correct links, and users can access the hotel fine. The hotel is Plus Emu Revision 2 and with latest UI. For me, the hotel client is fine, but they cant get online. They have a black screen. Please help

What are you hosting this hotel on? vps? dedi? pc? hamachi?

Hamachi, I can't afford a vps yet.

It must be that because the Client is loading VERY slow for them. like to does 1% up every 26 seconds.

The bar loads fast for them, but it's just a black screen after and it doesn't change.

I already did that, no change. Anyways, I've switched to gold tree emu and it's perfect. Please close thread.
