Background Design

Hi,

I am currently developing a desktop application for somebody and want a good background for the login/administrative screens. I have an idea for the background I want but I just don't have the graphical skill to do it.

I want something along these lines (obviously higher quality) and in different colours. One colour - #3dbbee - rgb(61, 187, 238)
